Statement for WholeFamily Center, Inc.

Information Collection
This privacy statement explains WholeFamily's commitment to your privacy when visiting WholeFamily.com. It is our policy to collect and store only personal information that our members and visitors knowingly and voluntarily provide. Our site's registration form requires you to provide the following information: your first name, email address and zip code, while asking you to also give us your birth date, marital status, gender, profession, areas of interest, and number of children. We may request additional information if you choose to participate in a survey, contest or poll. If you do not wish to provide all the requested information, you should not participate in the foregoing. We may also collect information about you that you (or a third party) communicate to us by email, mail or telephone.

Minors
In order to protect the privacy interests of younger internet users, we do not provide our internet services to children under the age of 13. We encourage minors aged 13 and above to use our site only with the involvement or permission of their parents.

Therefore minors aged 13 and above should only register to participate in our interactive community with their parent's or guardian's permission. We encourage minors to use our online services -- which may include providing personally identifiable information -- with their parents or guardians.

Information Disclosure and Use
Unless otherwise provided, WholeFamily may use the personal information that you disclose as follows:

  • To ensure that our community is protected against unauthorized access

  • To improve our web site's services and to notify you of updates to the services

  • To contact you for prize and contest notification, marketing information, or any other site related matters.

  • To compile aggregated information for WholeFamily or a third party's use. This is information that does not personally identify you, but which may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.

Email lists may be provided to our strategic partners or co-branded sites, but these lists will be subject-specific or site-specific and those parties will only be granted access to email addresses.     If you do not want your personal identifiable information shared with third parties, you may opt-out and elect not to have the information shared irrespective of whether you are registering for a user account, responding to a survey or questionnaire, or disclosing information requested by us through any other means. If you have previously registered and wish to prevent further disclosure of your information, please contact us and state that you do not want your personal identifiable information disclosed to third parties.

We currently use cookies to allow users computers to "remember" passwords.

WholeFamily may use cookies to facilitate automated activity but not to disseminate information about you over the Internet or analyze any information about you that you have given. However, WholeFamily may use cookies to help WholeFamily learn which areas of the site are useful and which need improvement.

This web site contains links to other web sites. WholeFamily is not responsible for the privacy policies of such sites.

We make various public forums, including chat rooms and message boards, available to you on the web site. You are responsible for the consequences of sharing your information in these public forums. Any information you choose to share in a public forum becomes public information. It is incumbent upon you to exercise caution in deciding whether to disclose any information.

WholeFamily uses encryption and other technology to protect personal information from unauthorized third party access, alteration, theft or misuse. The information is coded in the server and access is limited to those who possess passwords.
